JambiTeS Channels

In addition to this channel (i.e. Internet), candidates may also access the JAMBiTeS service via the SMS channel and the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system using the standard telephone network. Instructions on how to access this service  through these other channels are provided below:

TELEPHONE
To access the JAMBiTeS service through the IVR system, dial any of the service telephone numbers provided below. You will be guided through the use of the serivce by friendly voice prompts.

SMS
To access the JAMBiTeS service via the SMS channel, please compose an SMS text message consisting of the following information in the order and format provided below. When you send the message, you will receive a response from the service with your notification information. The information to provide is listed below:

Send SMS to 08021001007 in the following format
a. PIN (Personal Identification Number)
b. Card Serial Number 
c. Registration number on the application form (reg no)
d. Your GSM number on which you wish to receive notification (gsm no)

For example, a candidate with a scratch card having the following details: PIN: 111111111111, Serial number: 2222222222 and Registration number: 33333333AB to have a notfication message sent to a gsm phone with number: 08071234567
